To book your Monthly Group Sessions, please use your COACHA profile. If you’ve attended before, you will be on our Priority Bookers list and will receive an email with a reminder to book once the bookings are open. General bookings will open a few days after this, and we will notify you, via email, when you can book.
Please note, our Monthly Girls and Teen Groups are very popular, and due to space limitations at our venue, we are unable to increase the places available at the moment. To avoid disappointment, I would encourage you to book as soon as you receive an email notification. Perhaps also make a note of the Monthly Group dates in your calendar too.
If you try to book and find there are no places left, please email Claire at claire@appeer.org.uk to be added to the waiting list or enquire about the availability of concessionary tickets. In the event of cancellations, we may be able to offer you a place if one becomes available 72 hours before the session.
Please note: We cannot consider requests to fill last-minute cancellation spaces (within 72 hours of a session) due to the time, care, and administrative work involved in ensuring the groupings are appropriate and staff are fully briefed on each participant’s support needs.
If you find you are unable to attend a session, please reach out to Claire our Admin Officer (claire@appeer.org.uk) or Nicki our Social Interest Manager (nicki@appeer.org.uk) at least 24 hours in advance. If you are going to be late or unable to attend on the day, please contact us by phone or text so we can safeguard you and your daughter appropriately:

How to book on to a Monthly Teen Group and chose your activities:
Please take time to read the instructions below as they may have changed since you last booked on to a Session.
Booking into a Session
A reminder that we are unable to take any late bookings requests. The closing date for all bookings will be the Thursday before the Session. This allows the team time to organise resources, print paperwork,and confirm staffing levels.
Regular reminders to book on are sent out each month, so please check your emails Future Session dates are also listed on our website for all our sessions up to July 26. Please take a look at our Events Calendar on the website too.
Activity Choices
Please remember to choose x 2 activity choices for the Session. If choices are not given by the Thursday before the Session your young person will be allocated to an activity where there is space.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to allocate you to the activity in the order you have chosen. For example you might have chosen cooking first then craft but we may have to allocate you to craft first and then cooking. We do understand that Girls/Teens may want to be with a particular friend for an activity and we work hard to accommodate this as much as we can.
Joining instructions and activity timetables
Please check and read the joining instructions that are sent out to you before the Session. If you have any queries about the activity/ group your young person has been allocated to, please email claire@apppeer.org.uk by the Friday before the Session as we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate a change of activity choice on the day.
Letting us know if you are unable to attend on the day
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you are unable to attend, or you may be running late. Please call or text the Social Interest phone number 07403 439 953 to let a member of staff know if this is the case as this is so helpful to us. Please do not rely on sending an email over the weekend as there is no guarantee that staff will be checking their emails outside of their usual working hours.
Contact Numbers
If you booked the Session for your daughter but will not be the emergency contact during the Session please ensure we have the contact number of the person who is bringing your young person to the Session. It is also useful if you can input the details of a second next of kin onto your COACHA profile including a contact number for emergencies.
