Social Interest Programme Ticket prices



We are very mindful of the challenges of the current cost-of-living crisis and so to minimise the impact of this change on our families we have frozen our ticket prices (before VAT) wherever possible and will continue to offer a number of concessionary tickets for the majority of our programmes, at up to 20% off the full ticket price for eligible families.  Concessionary tickets are reserved for families who qualify as low-income households or are in receipt of Universal Credit or Pupil Premium.

 

The new prices for our ongoing Sessions and Programmes are as follows:


Monthly Girls Peer Groups (age 7-12 years):  £36  - (£28.80 Concessionary rate) *prices TBC for 2025-2026


Monthly Teen Peer Groups (age 13-18 years): £36  - (£28.80 Concessionary rate) *prices TBC for 2025-2026


Monthly Young Women’s Group (age 19-35 years ): £12 - £9.60 Concessionary rate *prices TBC for 2025-2026


Monthly Yoga Group for Autistic Teens and Women (13-35 years): £5.00 per session if not attending the Teen Session *prices TBC for 2025-2026


Ad Hoc Holiday Visits (e.g. to horse sanctuaries and gaming venues): From £15 depending on activity 


Online Gaming Sessions:  £9 (*no concessionary rate on gaming) *prices TBC for 2025-2026 

Alternative Provision/Weekday Groups Fee Structure for 2025-2026


 *Places at our Alternative Provision can be funded by LA referral, Schools or self-funded.   Self funded places attract a discount because they don't attract all the additional management, reports, meetings and admin etc that comes with EHCP funded places.  The termly fees are based on a 12 Session term.  If we have a shorter term fees will be adjusted accordingly.


Alternative Provision for ages 10 - 18 years (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday Group: From £2050 per term (12 weeks)*


EHCP, LA and school place -  £2412* per term (with in-depth reports including responses to EHCP outcomes,  additional management and liaison with schools and LAs, Annual Review or TAF meeting attendance and associated administration)   


Self-Funded Place  -  £2050* per term (family funded with simple reports).


Alternative Provision for Young Women - The Explore Programme (18 - 25 years): from £1275 per term (12 weeks)*


*Places at our Young  Women's Group/Explore Alternative Provision can be funded by LA referral, Schools or self-funded.   Self funded places attract a discount because they don't attract all the additional management, reports, meetings and admin etc that comes with EHCP funded places.  The termly fees are based on a 12 Session term.  If we have a shorter term fees will be adjusted accordingly.


EHCP, LA and school place -  £1500 per term (with in-depth reports including responses to EHCP outcomes,  additional management and liaison with schools and LAs, Annual Review or TAF meeting attendance and associated administration)   


Self-Funded Place  -  £1275* per term (family funded with simple reports).


Appeer Concessionary Rate Applications 


Appeer are committed to supporting those in our community who may be facing financial challenges. We want to ensure we continue to offer access to our Sessions to autistic girls, women and their families regardless of their circumstances.

To ensure we do this fairly for our Community we have made a few changes to our Concessionary Ticket process. The changes will start from 1st September 2025.


Please find below the information you will need to read when applying for Concessionary Tickets.


Am I eligible for Concessionary Tickets?


Concessionary tickets will be available for families who are on Universal Credit and Tax Credits only ( Working or Child).


How do I apply for Concessionary Tickets?


*Please provide a copy of your Universal Credit and/or Tax Credit award letter. This will need to show your name and address. This can either be emailed to claire@appeer.org.uk or sent to the APPEER Admin phone 07861 696 542. *Please  complete the APPEER Concessionary Rate Status Google Form to help us confirm your eligibility status. If the participant/young person is under 18 they will need to be living at the address on the Universal and/or Tax Credit award letter. You will need to provide proof of status annually during the Summer and you will be sent an email reminder to do this in July 2026.

What else do I need to know?


If you already benefit from Appeer Concessionary Ticket prices your COACHA account will be set to our standard ticket prices as of the beginning of September 2025 unless we hear from you with proof of your Universal Credit and/or Tax Credit (Working or Child) status by 31st August 2025. This applies to existing participants who currently book using concessionary rates and new applications. Any evidence provided will be filed on your COACHA account and deleted from the email thread and phone in line with data protection guidance. What are the new Concessionary Rate Ticket Prices?

Please note, our current activities have been designed to support those who are suspected or diagnosed as being autistic who may also have other neurodiverse conditions. In the future we hope to expand our activities to support those with other neurodiverse conditions too e.g. ADHD.
