With the continued delivery of our ongoing monthly programmes, ad hoc sessions and Alternative Provision, Appeer's annual total turnover will exceed the relevant VAT threshold within the next 30 days and as such we have had to register for VAT.
Whilst we remain a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, we are still required to register and must now charge VAT on our goods and services.
We are very mindful of the challenges of the current cost-of-living crisis and so to minimise the impact of this change on our families we have frozen our ticket prices (before VAT) wherever possible and will continue to offer a number of concessionary tickets for the majority of our programmes, at up to 50% off the full ticket price for eligible families. Concessionary tickets are reserved for families who qualify as low-income households or are in receipt of Universal Credit or Pupil Premium.
The new prices for our ongoing Sessions and Programmes are as follows:
Please note, our current activities have been designed to support those who are suspected or diagnosed as being autistic who may also have other neurodiverse conditions. In the future we hope to expand our activities to support those with other neurodiverse conditions too e.g. ADHD.
