Social Programme Fees

for 2026-2027

We are very mindful of the challenges of the current cost-of-living crisis and so to minimise the impact of this change on our families we have frozen our ticket prices (before VAT) wherever possible and will continue to offer a number of concessionary tickets for the majority of our programmes, at up to 20% off the full ticket price for eligible families.  Concessionary tickets are reserved for families who qualify as low-income households or are in receipt of Universal Credit or Pupil Premium.

The new prices for our ongoing Sessions and Programmes are as follows:

Monthly Social Peer Group (age 7-18 years):  £38  - (£30.50 Concessionary rate)

Holiday Activity Sessions (e.g. to horse sanctuaries and gaming venues): From £12 - £35 depending on activity and concessionary status

Online Sessions:  £12.70 but first session of Scrapbooking is £25 to include the Scrapbooking Kit. (£10.16 Concessionary rate)

Monthly Women’s Group (age 18 + ): £19 - £15.20 Concessionary rate

Appeer Space - Women's Peer Group (Online) - Advice, Support and Connection: £6 (no concessionary rate)

Appeer Concessionary Rate Applications

Appeer are committed to supporting those in our community who may be facing financial challenges. We want to ensure we continue to offer access to our Sessions to autistic girls, women and their families regardless of their circumstances.

To ensure we do this fairly for our Community we have made a few changes to our Concessionary Ticket process. The changes will start from 1st September 2025.

Please find below the information you will need to read when applying for Concessionary Tickets.

Am I eligible for Concessionary Tickets?

Concessionary tickets will be available for families who are on Universal Credit and Tax Credits only ( Working or Child).

How do I apply for Concessionary Tickets?
